i think those telco sets some referring to are from resellers like mistermobile etc.. if u got from singtel without recontract technically speaking its brand new set like how they sell without plans..

according to reddit, white and grey cutting is different, so casing is troublesome for different color on x10pm.
that's why end up some casing is just a big hole at the camera

hmm ? i dont quite get the 2nd problem.

ive folders on tyhe home screen, whatsapp e.g open it , swipe up goes back to to home no ? default oppo launcher, no 3rd party stuff

on my home screen, if it's just a single app (no folder), yes it will go back straight to home screen page after i swipe right to exit app.

however if there's a cluster of apps on the same square, it will be consolidate into a folder. so from home page i open folder then open the app. however when i exit the app, it will exit back to folder, it does not immediate exit back to the main home page where u can see all the apps/widget/background.

u get what i mean? pixel doesnt do that at all, if i open app from folder on home screen, once i exit app, it will immediate go to the main page instead of folder where the app is. according to reddit, this is how coloros works.

there seems to be a bug or some sort.

[ Folder with Social media, Insta, FB etc] --> has that problem you described, swiping up , goes back to folder

but folders that ive group as [ Youtube, Gmail, Hello ride ] --> goes back to home screen .

right now for me is, all different apps when swipe right or swipe bottom to up, goes back to folder first instead of home screen. every single app does that for me. i tried on all the different folders, same thing. only those with one app on a single square (which doesnt have folder) will go back straight to home screen since it doesnt have a folder

how do u make it no squared? some folders i have only 2-3 apps but it's squared instead of horizontal or vertical.

i think oppo alot of bug, i already off all the floating window and etc, i still get floating window whatsapp when opening immediately when i see a notification on top of an app.
if i didnt open immediately, but open from the swipe top left down side, it will be full screen. if it's not on open on top of an app, it would be full screen whatsapp

oh god, i just tried that.....i thought dragging it to horizontal or vertical, it would minimise after that...nvm it sucks. i just suck thumb have to exit twice from app to folder to home screen....and yea, if u make it horizontal or vertical and exit app, it will be home screen instead of folder..

Bro, trust me,

its better than iOS now lol... at least oppo copied both sides, and adaptly.

theres so much bugs in iOS and lack of end user UX UI until i left it as it was since years back, lol

that's why i been android user, starting first few generation of samsung/LG, after that been pixel all the way until now. prefer pixel OS, very smooth to me but hardware sucks

Some Telco sets are not sealed as they are opened by Telco during those who signed up to check the phones. It's the shop that sells the Telco sets resealed those phones.

if buy from Telco and then deliver to home can don't open the set. Some intentionally arrange like this so can fetch Brand new sealed in box selling price at phone shops.
