Oppo R11a Issues

Good day to all, my Oppo R11a phone recently started facing some issues of overlapping theme skin. This causes the notification bar to show 2 different time and battery percentage (overlapping one another) and making it unreadable.

Anyone faced the same issue and have a solution for this?
