just look at android ram usage they are looking at 12gb ram now?

To be fair still don’t get split screen or window in window on iPhone OS. If they can do it to some extent on the iPad, why can’t they for the phone? Perhaps more ram would allow them implement that?

Apple has direct control over the developers. Samsung, Huawei oppo xiaomi don't have that privilege.
Google control them. That's why iphone apps are optimised well for iPhone
