Osaka > Hakone > Narita

I am wondering what is the advised way to get from:

- Osaka > Hakone (on this day there is still a valid JR pass)
Stay over 1 night

- Hakone > Narita Airport (no more JR pass)

Why don't plan till your Jr pass last day just nice for you to go narita?

cos ill be at osaka kyoto etc till then.. so it is the last day that im coming back from osaka, stay 1 night then after that will go airport.

you can't go Hakone directly from Osaka
you need to stop at Odawara and transfer to another train

From Hakone > Odawara > Tokyo > Narita will need 3 transfers
So before you decide to stay a night at Hakone, do consider if you have sufficient time to Narita to catch your flight.

Yes I am planning 4h to get to the airport. I will be taking the shinkansen to Shinagawa before changing to Narita Express most likely. just wondering if there is an alternative or better way..
