I just did my outdoor blinds. Have engaged Stitch & Kit.
They are using VB blinds and the black system. It's very quality stuff, price is worth it.

which 1 you prefer?

i decide to go for the traditional
1) price, the difference is more than double
2) i left app 10" to air my balcony/clothes, thus the windy issue is "not that bad"

if you decide to "enclose" your balcony, go for the former

How much you pay? Can recommend? Thanks.

Look for Chris from Spacedor Marketing
we paid 7.5k to install in master bedroom and living room's balconies
it will cost almost the same price if we have chosen ziptrack

it is in the handbook but a lot of residents weren't aware of it
these aluminium louvre doors are more durable compared to outdoor blinds so it is worth the money spent

I installed original Australia ZipTrak, installed by RH2S. No issue so far, very happy with it.

My EC have many people that installed this Ziptrak.
My neighbor actually regret installing the normal roller blinds as rain water still comes in.

was quoted nearly 7k. :(
