Over the years, so many corridor hoarding cases. Why TC appears slow or powerless?

Call police, police say no crime. Direct to HDB
Call SCDF about fire hazard, SCDF say no fire. Direct to HDB
Call HDB, HDB say not about letting, sales, resales, balloting. Direct to TC
Call TC, TC careful about removal. Always give 1,2 warnings. Clearly corridors are common area and HDB rules violated. TC always try to involve community mediation first. After removing, again hoard.

Scared of hoarder self-immolation, jump from floor, report to police that TC stole his/her property from common corridor?

If mata can arrest a suspect because of violation of law, why TC cannot chong kong hoarded rubbish.

Ignorance of the law is no excuse.

Or because TC no balls?

Why TC dont refer hoarder to IMH for OCD?

imo TC scared of resident complaints to MPs who themselves want to appease all sides but at the same time don't want empower the TCs cause scared to lose votes or unnecessary trouble when they can just push to TCs...

call who oso no use one .... wait the hoarder or hoarder family members go report and comprain to MP, PMO and newspapers ... then all these silver serpents will kenna left right center and may kiss goodbye to their PB, salary rise and promotion for that year liao ..... of course nothing can be done

HDB must set laws that common corridor etc must be vacant n no burning , charging etc w immediate effect.

Solve it once n for all. No more nightmares n headaches!

Give hoarders 1 mth grace period to settle it else evict.

Regardless of mental or selfish etc, must ensure safety for the whole estate n hoarders (protecting too).

Too many people leave things at HDB corrdors, treating corridors as private space. TC should confiscate or dispose of these clutter.

blame hdb for building the flats until so small that got no stuff for barang. my low ses neighbor not only occupies his own riser & corridor for his stuff, those fire extinguisher & water pipe risers all full of his stuff also.
