Honestly speaking, doing tax refund is very cumbersome ...
you have to go thru many stages
if you were spend alot, at least 500sgd in one store, then think is more worth .

For seoul, there is blue and orange tax refund.
You have to check which is which ...
You have to go to the respective tax refund center to endorse
then for the tax refund counter, they didnt open 24hours
we were told to just fill in the form, with our cc details and address
they would process and then process back to us ...

For example in Bangkok ...
You must spend at least 2000b in a store ...
we spent about 3000b in Big C supermarket ...
have to go to their cs counter, give them your passport to fill up form.
reach airport, need let custom endorse
after immigration, you would need to queue at the tax refund counter to get refund... there is also admin charges ...

supposed you should get about 8sgd for the 3000b spent ...
however, after the admin charges, you get only about 4 to 5sgd ...

For Taiwan, you need to spend at least 150sgd in a store to claim
For KL, you need to spend at least 300myr in a store to claim ...
