Eat oysters need to rely on the sellers for due diligence.

My favourite seller only selects premium grade fresh oysters from Thailand as he cares for the quality of ingredients. So I feel safe patronizing his stall.

The other day I ate the Shilin oyster mee suah. Didn't feel good but luckily no problem.
