Palit GTX670 Jetstream problem

I have been using this graphic card for about one year. A month ago, my graphic card stopped working and I could not turn on the computer with it installed.

I sent it for repairs and just collected it today. It was fine for the first 2 hours which I spent watching shows and some non gpu intensive stuff.
After which, I started Bioshock Infinite and proceeded to change my graphic settings to ultra.

That was when my computer totally blacked out and my cpu was without power.
It won't start up with the gpu installed. I can see the fan lights and stuff blink on for a split second before it completely switched of itself.

But it will start up as normal without the gpu.

Called up Convergent Systems for help and I did what they told.
Tried resetting my BIOS, no effect.
Tried reducing my power usage by removing my HDD & etc, no effect.

Not sure if it is the graphic card's problem as I was told that they tested my graphic card intensively before asking me to go collected it.

My system specs are as follows:
CPU+MB: i5-3570 + ASROCK H77 PRO4/MVP
RAM: GSKILL PC3-1333 4GBx2
GPU: PALIT GTX 670 DDR5 2GB JETSTREAM
SSD: OCZ AGILITY 3 120GB
HDD: HITACHI 1TB
PSU: FSP AURUM 500W 80+ GOLD
CASE: SHARKOON T28

Anyone has any idea why my graphic card is not working?

Think your psu 500 watts too low

TS, according to the Palit website, the 670 jetstream minimum req is 500W. You zhun zhun 500W sia.

Psu issue, rma it. To prove if the psi fault , borrow a psu to test and confirm.

Seems likely its PSU. Do you have a spare PSU for testing? at least 530w ba. Happened to me before, tested with my friend's psu and it works. Proceeded to get a new psu after.

We did chat yesterday

As mentioned, we whack all those Benchies and StressTest for at least an hour for all RMA return before surrender back to its rightful owner.

If you unsure and still got doubts, best that you bring the card down again and we test and troubleshoot it for you in your presence.

Do not make unnecessary purchase first and we start to troubleshoot the card firstly.

Temp normal bah. Around 30+ Celsius. Everything normal without the graphic card.

Thanks man, i will source for a friend's spare psu to test it out. Will update when I have the time.
