My son changed the passcode on my iPhone and now can't remember it. How do I reset the phone. Now can't even get into the main page. Please help me step by step. Plugged the phone to iTunes but still can't off or reset the passcode. Many thanks

It's best you contact Apple. There is no way you can change back if you forgotten/don't know the passcode.

ur son is smart, ask him
