but the one and only time I faced issue was taking Peach Airlines which the self check in failed and I need to Q for ages because of the name sequence cos my English Name is John Tan Ah Meng and usually I submit my airlines booking for First Name as Ah Meng John

What was your name that appeared in the MRZ? Was it "PASGP<Tan<<Ah<Meng<John<<<<<<<<" or was it "PASGP<Tan<<John<Ah<Meng<<<<<<<<"? If it was the latter, then the correct way to put your first name is John Ah Meng.
