Yo guys! Need some help! Wanna get a computer just for watching movies to a monitor and stream to a tv and also just to surf the net.. How much will it be with/without monitor keyboard and mouse.Try to keep it as low as possible but need as much storage space as possible... No budget but trying to keep it as low as possible

What about matx? HDD was thinking slowly add if 2tb isnt enough then i will slowly add for now 2tb should be enough Im asking for my friend btw
