I would go for no 2 simply because you can easily upgrade parts to make it top tier. My recommendations:

RAM: Upgrade to TEAM T-CREATE EXPERT BLACK 6000MHz 32GB(16GBx2) CL30(+ $33)
PSU: Upgrade to ASUS ROG STRIX 1000W 80+ GOLD FULLY MODULAR (+ $93)

Total cost after upgrade: $2041

The other parts seem fine. RAM are very optional though especially for x3d parts but I personally think that $33 bucks is not too much to pay for a faster pair of RAM. Totally up to you.

PSU too for this build is optional as well but you can consider it if you plan to upgrade the GPU in the future. It comes with 10 years warranty and it's a legit top tier rated "A grade" PSU compared to the cooler master which is usually considered "B grade" and the upgrade price isn't too bad for much more power AND better quality. Not saying "B grade" is bad per say but "A grade" is obviously better and the main point is more juice for you to upgrade to more power hungry cards in the future.

The Crucial DDR5 is equally as good. Tested by one of the bro here. You can just stick to that and save the S$33.

I had a good experience from Invader. Find the the prices reasonable and they don't try to hard sell you anything you don't need. If you have any existing SSD, HDD they can also install for you for free which saves you the trouble.

Agree with this as well.

no experience with Asus PSU. but is compared to tierlist @sgjw002 - sometime PSU can be suay de even with teardown of parts

Once bought le, is invested fps per dollar. There will be new post of new rigs de so dun look back since can learn on where in the rig can be better yourself

While true, that depends on the pricing as well. Upgrading, given invader PC current options and pricing is just not worth it.

For context, the current ADATA LEGEND 860 1TB is worth +- $80-90 bucks. Upgrading to say WD black sn850x 2TB costs an ADDITIONAL $179 which means OP has to pay $260 for that.

Might as well buy it themselves separately for cheaper(200 - 230ish) AND retain 2 SSDs for a total of 3TB? Hell, OP could even buy the WD themselves say for 220 and then sell the adata for say 50 and still make a modest $9 profit.

That might be an idea. For data storage the QLC NAND is OK.
