Pc build parts recommendation

Hi all need your help to recommend me some parts as my cpu of 6 yrs was fried

current build:
cpu and mobo:i5 6500 and b150m-d3h
graphics card: MSI GTX970 4GD5T OC
ram:g.skill ddr4 2400 8gb valueram(black pcb)
ssd:samsung 850 evo 250gb
hdd: wd 1tb blue
psu:Super Flower Leadex Gold 550W
case: Fractal Design Arc Midi R2

need some recommendations to replace cpu and mobo (preferably amd), psu and also ram probably within (700-800 exceed abit more is ok)

don’t really do hardcore gaming just some light gaming here and there like csgo and Witcher 3 and PUBG.

do u mind a used amd ryzen 5 3600?

dont think its particularly worth going amd now, intel has better offerings unless u already have a am4 motherboard
u can take this recommendation, without the gpu,ssd,case.
can go for a id cooling 226 instead, more than enough for a 12400f

Also do you really need additional cooling?

stock cooler is loud, if u dont mind a jet engine, u can skip the cooler.

For new builds, intel is currently more bang for your buck.

If you read the above post, the stock cooler cannot cool the 12400F even in gaming.

Any other alternative for the cooling?

SE 226 XT BLACK/ARGB ~$55
Fuma 2 Rev B, ~$85

These are the best bang for your buck.

Above this tier, I would get the arctic freezer 360 AIO.
