PC cannot POST. No Beep sound.

Hi need some help to confirm my problem.

My pc cannot boot up properly. When power on, it will not reach POST. The power led flickers every 3 seconds and no beep sound is heard at all. Heatsind fan and CASING fan still running. DVD-ROM drive still can open.

This is what I have done:
- disconnect all drives
- remove all both rams
- disconnect graphic card and using onboard GPU
- disconnect any additional wire to front panel
- remove all other pcie / pci cards
- reseat ram in different slots
- reset CMOS jumper settings
- Change CMOS battery
There is not single beep sound heard when remove all or one of the above mentioned.

My rig in question:
- CPU: AMD PHENOM II X4 955
- MB: GIGABYTE 880GA-UD3H
- PSU: ANDYSON F500M
- RAM: KINGSTON 2GB DDR3 PC1333 x 2
- GPU: XFX HD 5750 512MB GDDR5 PCI-e
