Yes, if you use low profile rams. depends on radiator height as well? some are bigger like arctic freezer.
Think I'll buy a regular size fractal design mesh 2. I saw a build on YouTube with compact, looks very cramped

TS can consider the EK direct portal for the AIO having promo now and it come with LGA1700 upgrade kit per screenshot above. price in USD excluding shipping.

I am using the 360 version, purchase locally does not come with LGA1700 bracket, however if you get it from their direct portal it is available together basically cost only U$0.01.

I will look at offerings from NZXT, Lian-Li, Silverstone, Cooler-Master, Corsair (usual suspects).

Casing model very hard to recommend. Coz everyone got their own taste. I think "beng", people think "satki". I think elegant and classy, people think my taste "boomer". It is harder to recommend than choosing CPU like Intel or AMD. You need to come out with your own theme (lean and mean? dua leng gong?), color theme (red, white or black?)

I will consider if can go mITX though, coz most of the time you do not need the PCI slots on a full ATX board. Home desktop most of the time ITX will suffice. Unless it is server/workstation then I think ATX/E-ATX makes lots of sense (wireless VR/AR card, 10G NICs, multiple GPUs, DPUs, NVMe expansion card, etc).

You can also find a lot of custom casing from taobao that support ITX and AIOs at reasonable price.
