PC fan suddenly extremely noisy

i just cleaned my PC's interior of dust and when i booted it up, suddenly it sounds like a plane taking off. checked temperatures as it was okay at around 30++ degrees. i wonder what's going on

problem with the ball bearing.

i monitored fan speeds, one fan spinning twice as fast as the rest?

Most likely it is the ball bearing damaged that cause to have this type of sound.

Replace it.

can try put a bit of oil first.

otherwise use speedfan run at 50 percent
