Hi guys my graphics card is sort of dead to me. Everytime i turn on my pc o have to switch the bios switch on the gpu back and forth to get it working. If not there will be no display. Any bros out there that can help me solve this problem? I can't even game properly.

My specs:
INTEL I5-3470
ASUS P8Z77-V LK
KINGSTON ram DDR3 PC12800/1600MHZ 4GB
TOSHIBA 1TB 3.5 SATA 3 HDD
MSI 3GB R7950 TWINFROZR III DDR5
WINDOWS 7 ULTIAMATE 64 BIT.
The gpu fan is still running when turn the pc on

Edit: Things that i've done.
Change wire
Switch to onboard graphics
take out and insert the gpu in again.
put the gpu into another pcie

Edit:
Now there's absolutely no display at all now.

When testing with GPU, you plug in the PCI-E cable?

Have you tried the boot up with one ram at the time as mentioned earlier?

Yeah I plugged in the PCi-e cable to the GPU. GPU fans are running, but no display. Tried to boot with one ram. Still can't get display. It boots up when I'm using integrated gpu
