Long story short, now my PC is caught in a boot loop after I replaced my R380 with 5600XT.
Psu = seasonic 750w bronze

Tried replacing R380 back, same issue. Tried a different PCIE slot, same issue.
Also tried using 4650K onboard graphics, same issue.

PC just powers up then de-power then powers up again.

Any ideas?

And I'm not trying to flash to 5700.

Ok, problem solved. Cleared CMOS and took out a piece of ram

You can try with a single stick of RAM.

Turns out the slot its nesting in = Dead. Funny thing is, it didn't showed any problems till I switched my G-card.
Must be during the process of removing the card, some part of the mobo died. Its a 5yr old PC after all.

Thx to all that chipped in.

You can try cleaning the gold contacts on the RAM and stick it back in. Might have to wiggle the RAM a couple of times. Sometimes it is a contact issue and not dead slot.
