Looks like a heat issue most likely.

Get a hw monitor and do a stress test and tell us your peak temps and if stable? Stress test gpu and cpu.

Also, all items seated ok? Thermal paste not too thick/ thin?

What are your startup idle temps in bios?

Did you do a psu calculation for your setup? 500w sufficient?

Yup all items seated properly. Thermal paste shouldn't an issue. Psu calculation was 320++. Should be more thab sufficient.

My startup bios temp is 31degree.

Could it be my mobo faulty?

My computer is 90% similar to yours.

i5 3450
GTX 760
8GB, etc

I also same problem as you. Sometimes play game 1/2 way it will just blackout then restart itself. Annoying sia. Hopefully someone here can help. Should be same issue.

can somebody help me ? Because I got a same issue, I'm using Corsair RM550, H97 gaming 3, msi gtx 970, i5-4690... I don't think is ram issue cos I tested already and it is okay, I got this feeling is PSU cos there is silent mode, and when heavy intense game, it might not function as well as it should.. but few months back it seems okay, only now the problem arises
