PC keep restarting/hang

Hi, i have a rig which is about 2 years old.

specs are at the side

my pc was running fine all the day in the afternoon, then i shut down and went for dinner.

after that when i came back i boot up. my pc can't boot and it keeps restarting.
can't even boot up BOS. it keeps on and off.

after waiting for a while, i managed to boot up, but when i play games it will hang. and the problem persist again, keep rebooting and rebooting. i can't boot up.

any idea what problem would it be?

1) Reset CMOS.

Could be a hardware problem, something in your system might be causing the problem, perhaps graphics card

re-slot your graphics and ram.
