PC Problem - PC random restarts - Technical-related issues

What happened:
- Having random pc restart

Situation:
1) Suddenly black screen for 1 sec
2) pc starts to boot up without shutting down

*happens when watching youtube/gaming/idling with no fix pattern and time

Build:

• AMD Ryzen 9 3900x
• TUF GAMING X570-PLUS (WI-FI)
• Cooler Master V1200 Platinum PSU
• Zotac RTX 2070 Super
• Corsair Vengeance LPX 16gb X2

Windows 10 Home

Has anyone face the same issue and resolved it?

Mine also like this but is cause by bluetooth . I off it then ok

i think i have manage to fixed it. Apparently i think the recent windows update screw up my motherboard chip... tried to run the chip set update keep happening so i manually download and install it and it seem to stop restarting already. will monitor it for now but thanks for the suggestions.
