Hi all, it has been quite some time since i last touched on PC hardwares and post recommendations. Suddenly today had a strong urge to catch up on recent developments and trends. How mixed is mixed?
Let's assume a 50% 3D/video rendering work, 50% gaming
Also assume rendering can use both CPU and GPU (CUDA only)

(Note: some video editing software can take advantage of CUDA. Some popular raytracing renderers like V-Ray can use CUDA. Blender is one of the few renderers that use both CUDA and OpenCL so it is reasonable to design around CUDA GPU workflow)

But can it run 16 chrome tabs at once? :(

:s13:

Your $500 best build for saving cost while having a decent upgrade path.

Maybe get a 650w psu instead? :s11:

That is one of an expensive niche build leh... x400G series are too expensive to justify the marginal gaming performance improvements.. I would simply top it up at x200G and nothing else.

4GB RAM 16 chrome tabs actually doable leh, just depending on web content.

Can't find reliable seller selling EVGA GD 650 wor. Is EMKL Enterprise on Lazada trustable?
