PC specs for 3D modelling, Animation and rendering

Evening,

At the moment, I am new to building pc and wish to get some recommendation to build one for the purpose mentioned as well as for gaming within a budget of SGD 3000. From what I understand, such PC needs a good CPU and large RAM size but I am still unsure what other good parts should I get.

I hope someone can help me recommend the parts and also the best place to get them.
