Recently my PC started to act up and here comes the problem. I started changing things with new PSU, new MOBO and CPU from friend who never used it before. Basically everything is new except SSD and GPU.

GPU is RX 570.
Sometimes if I’m lucky, This thing doesn’t happen. If it happens, it will not boot until this screen comes up. Then I will go into BIOS and exit. If unlucky, will not boot and monitor have black screen, if lucky will boot into windows.
Is it because my SSD too old? Maybe nearly 10 years. Should I buy a new M.2 and try?
If buy M.2 what should I buy? I’m not fuss about speed but I do games like POE, dota and D2R.
