PC unable to boot up

After power on, the cpu keep blinking blue light. And so does my monitor screen.

Yesterday I had the same problem but after forced shutdown and boot up for the countless time, it manage to boot up. Gave me a message before going to Windows that the system failed to boot up multiple times.

Any bro can help diagnose the situation and advise solution? Thanks in advance.

can ulist out your pc specs? and do u know if any other error msg appears?

Is it Asus motherboard? Asus motherboard bios will fail if Windows get updated, especially Windows 7. My cousin kena this problem. That's why I buy ASRock motherboard.
