Hi All,

I'm having an issue with my PC, which was running fine yesterday night and for the few past months and today when I turn on the PC within 2 seconds it power off, and repeat... (no post BIOS screen shown, just completely powered off within 2 seconds)
btw my CPU is 4770K and motherboard is MSI Z87 GD65 gaming

then I tried to troubleshoot by removing those unneeded component such as my GPU, Soundcard and the problem still the same, power on then within 2 second it went off.

tried to reset CMOS/BIOS by taking out the battery for 5min, switch to BIOS profile 2 also no use, still same problem.

I tried to remove the RAM also and put it in into DIMM2/3/4 only also the same result, I emptied the RAM of also still the same (I was expecting the LED boot panel to indicate me something on the ERROR code but the problem is it completely shutdown after 2 seconds power on)

means my mother board is spoilt? or ....?
any other means to resolve this issue?

Regards,
Ura

you do almost everything that can be done already. When u try to boot, does the fans spin for the 2 seconds?

Probably motherboard issue. Last component u never test is PSU

yes, bros.
the fan spins for the 2 seconds then stop when the mobo power off it self and I tried to test PSU with other PC was working as intended.

conclusion MOBO is dead.
