IS this a good processor just for surf net , watch blu ray files and 'climb hill' with Windows XP?

No games....:s8:

Is this a replacement for Celeron Class? Or should i go for AMD A4 or I3 at least?

This Cpu is not sold locally. However if you really want to buy there is another model G3258 which has the same clock speed of the 3240 none T but with unlocked features which allows you to overclock. But I doubt you will need that.
