just tell the MO that because of your condition you are unable to brush your teeth and take a shower without assistance so you need to stay out so that every morning your maid can help you brush your teeth and every night your maid can help you with your shower.

you have been alive for almost/at least a fifth of a century and you do not know how to open your mouth and ask? Your parents never teach you?
