Hi all,
Nsman here, based at an infantry unit, combat vocation, completed 2 cycles so far. Current PES status is B.

Was just informed by the doc that I'd need surgery to repair a torn anterior hip labrum (hip joint cartilage) and to remove a deformity at the femoral head.

Looks like running, HIIT, heavy squatting and such will be difficult even after surgery.

Anyone have similar issues with surgery around the hip area and how it has affected the PES status?
