PES E Sign On?

Sup guys,

One simple question: What can i sign on as if i’m PES E?

From what I know....there’s only DXO. But are there any uniformed vocations or roles I can sign on as? Obviously not combat vocations but service side, like admin or manpower or whatnot.

I read around about admin supervisor, but I don’t know if it’s open to PES E people.

Anyone here has managed to sign any uniformed vocation as PES E?

if u have looked at the Mindef website on uniformed services (WOSE or officers or ME), all requirements are PES A/B.

those regulars who are PES E are those who were previously regulars are PES A/B..

I've had friends who were PES C, and managed to up PES in order to sign on. In order to up pes, you need to show you are physically fit, and have recommendations from your supervisors.

Why would you ever want to sign on as a Pes E personnel?

You will be desk bound with the lowest pay in army. People sign on for the bonus / money... Please explore other options. Even working and then going to private University and working at a small enterprise, starting from the bottom is better than signing on as a men.

I have officer friends who regret signing on because they don't have a Degree = slower rank promotions / lower pay = more time wasted...

Impossible to sign on when your pes status is pes e. But if you really want to sign on badly , try to up pes and go for the pes a/b1 bmt , experience the life of the chiongsua before making a decision.
