PES status expiring question

i was called back to medical centre for PES review, if i wish to extend, do I need new updated documents or just tell MO will do?

do i need to go through another round of medical board for extension? anyone knows? i only have 2 more LK to clear....NSman here.

for what i think lah, since u are temp down pes only, mean they will need concrete results mah.
or doctor to say still pending investigations etc.

cos maybe ur one might drag very long le?
if u just use say, MO can always just board u for upgrade and ask u to provide more documents if u still need to be down pes etc.

for temp pes status to be extended, it require medical board. because this is not what a MO can grant u. they can help to board u only.

actually my case is recommended perm downgrade, and i have remain in my downgraded PES for many years, not sure y sudden call me up for review. anyway, like u said, i guess MO wouldnt have e power to extend, so i have to go thru another medical board...sianzz

what is ur pes status on ns portal? temp or perm?

how come boarded end up being a temp which may be issued for a few year?
or u r call for review and ur already a perm, u wont be upgraded ba. go for what no clue on that.

my PES C2L1 or L2. i was recommended perm by specialist, but maybe the chief MO didnt approve e perm downgrade back then...i cant rem. will hear what e MO says first

Does it mean if one has temp pes downgrade eg. Cardiovascular symptoms , when pes expire must go back national heart centre again or just go to medical center medical board to review.

MO may refer you back to a specialist for a review of your condition.

what happens after the temp PeS downgrade expires (eg. Jan 31 2020) and the time between the expiray date and the time one is attending all this medical review procedures before the next possible medical board ? basically the gap between the old temp Pes status expiry and the next Pes confirmation

if this is your concern, make sure u made an appt with the MO on the actual date of your temp PES expiry.

Afterwhich your case will be heard by medical board review that happens once monthly. So depending on when your case is submitted, the longest period until your case is presented shall be about 30 days or less.

Assuming 30 days, about 3 working days later check with your S1 or medical center should any follow-up with MO is needed, or is your PES becomes perm.

Once confirming that is a perm status, you can immediately highlight to your OC to arrange with S1 for CMPB to redeploy you elsewhere, or discharge if you are given F status.

Summary, example visit MO on 31 Jan 20. Maybe medical board on 23 Feb due to CNY, or by 6 Mar 20 (assume latest). Check with S1 or med ctr by 11 Mar to confirm your PES.
