Philip 24" repairs

My Philip 24" monitor was collected back for repairs on 14 March. Since then heard nothing from them. I think Philip outsourced the repair unit. Now service gone from bad to worst.

Got my monitor back today. The repairs took almost 3 months. Anyway it's not the same monitor. They called me on the phone & said they will give me a new one. It turns out that the returned monitor was a repaired one manufactured in 2007. Mine was manufactured in 2010.
Who still want to buy Philips monitors? I definitely won't.

i think its very good leh... free replacement... then u got extended non official warranty.
