Hi guys,
I have a pair of QCY earbuds that don't seem to get incoming phone calls when I'm listening to music e.g. at the gym. I would get a phone call, pick it up, but the call would be from the phone's speaker/mic rather than the earbud. Strangely if I connect the earbud and make a call, the call would be through the earbuds. Under bluetooth settings for the QCY, "phone calls" are already enabled, as well as "allow access to contacts and call history".
