Do you use a phone case?
Does phone case cause scratches on our iPhone?
Did any of the phone cases scratched your iPhone?

Yes, certain phone casing do scratch the phone on the sides.
Though, hardly scratch the back of the case from my experience.
Can't recall which exactly, but definitely those w poor workmanship/finishing.
