PHP 8.2.35, 8.3.36, 8.4.27, and 8.5.12 contain the fixes. Older PHP branches are also affected. Although PHP 8.1 and earlier are outside normal upstream support, the PHP security team provided source backports for PHP 7.4, 8.0, and 8.1. - datadog

From what I understand we are only on the tip of the iceberg. Fortinet is not affected by PHP2Shell, but they themselves issues high sev 9 patches for many products Oct 22nd. More to be revealed on these in Nov.
