Phuket - Children friendly resorts

Hi everyone,

Am looking to head over to Phuket for a short trip in June.

Going to bring my 5 year old child along and am looking for a children friendly resort. Mainly where there is a children playground or has activities for children. And the restaurants have children menu.

Does anyone have any recommendations for such a resort?
