Is there any recommendation for villa or hotels in kata beach ?

Budget will be around 150-200 per night !!

And for renting cars, which car co is recommend? Avis or hertz ?

And for booking tours for island hopping, is there any for recommend too ?

you can try sugar palm hillside. Their views is astonishing, I just came back. Not sure if that is villa to you, but the rooms are clean, location is good. Not very pricey also. All in all, I was quite satisfied. I wrote a review under gillian, you can read that too.

Have booked with panya 1200 for 5hrs tours
Then airport to karon beach area hotel is 700b one way ...
booked 4 stars hotel near junceylon mall at 40sgd per night with breakfast
managed to find deevana plaza phuket (mercure Hotel) @ 75sgd per night with breakfast not sure now still have the promo or not llol ...
