Phuket Kata Noi Beach. I'm planning for a holiday there in early Dec 13.

Anyone can help me with the following:

1) Transport from Phuket airport to Kata Noi Beach cost around 600baht to 800baht?

2) Heard its raining season during Dec. Is this true?

3) Any good hotel to stay at? Budget for hotel is $600 for 3 nights; was thinking of foto hotel.

Take "Shared van service" to your hotel at Kata Beach, per pax is 150B, unless you got a lot people going then consider other options

Foto Hotel definitely is good but it's also expensive, around that area it's considered one of thy best.
