Hello Everyone,
My family member approach so-called Vogue car rental company on Carousell Singapore platform. The staff will tell you that if their vehicle has any minor problem, vehicle renter can PRIVATELY settled the minor issues. I suppose minor issues will cost LESS THAN SG 350.00 if renter responsible for it.
But you will NEVER know if it's their company vehicle problem which will cause you to face incident or accident later , then all your security deposit money WILL BE GONE" FORFEITED". My family member few hundreds dollar been GONE without any notice.
Another issue is that this Vogue car rental company lent/sublet their commercial registered vehicle to another company, called K-10 car rental. But Vogue company staff DO not know any at all. Anyone knows somethings MAY be hidden behind third party rental agreement. ITS NOT K-10 own company vehicle.
THEN K-10 INDIAN COMPANY STAFF WILL TELL YOU THAT THEIR QUOTE OF MINOR DAMAGE/SCRATCHES ARE CHEAPER THAN THE DEALER QUOTE. THAT MEAN "THEY MAY NOT PRACTICE SOP AS OTHER RENTAL COMPANY DOES "WHEN IT COME TO USER RIGHTS TO REPAIR ANY MINOR SCRATCHES/DENTS. THEY EVEN INTEND TO "CHEAT " RENTER FOR MORE DAMAGES COST. My sibling have all photos and screenshot of my family member dealing with this K-10 company in Singapore. I will share with anyone when necessary.
In K-10 rental agreement, there is one statement which mention that K-10 car rental company can FORFEIT ANY DEPOSIT WITHOUT notice to their own customers. THIS IS WEIRD AGREEMENT.

Kindly take note, everyone. Pls avoid this K-10 CAR rental company without any office at Geylang road katong complex , at ALL COST. Take care not to pay too much deposit in your dealing. CHEERS,
