Please recommend a system to replace 7 year old PC

Hi guys. My GFX card just died, so am looking into either getting a new one (but on my old system), or getting a new system altogether. My current specs are at the side. I won't need HDDs or OS as I can use the ones I currently have which are pretty new. Main uses would be RAW processing and photo editing, as well as watching HD movies. It wouldn't hurt to be able to play a few games. Please recommend something within $800-$1000. Thank you!

Using Photoshop and Lightroom, and yes rendering the edits fast would be a priority. As for games, I haven't really played games in a long time, and it doesn't have to be the utmost priority. I don't see myself playing games a lot, so I don't need max settings for the games. Just to be able to play some FPS at reasonable quality on 1920X1080.

You'll get a 6 Core, 12 Threads beast! It will be extremely fast. Put RAWs onto the SSD while working on photos, transferring the completed edits to HDD for storage/backup.

GTX 1050 Ti will be much faster for FPS games like Call of Duty, Battlefield at medium settings.

The power supply I thought might need to replace as it is very old, or is it okay to re-use it? And the case there is no need to change I'm assuming?

I'm thinking whether I can get away with 8GB RAM to bring down the price even further. However, would it be slower to render the edits etc? The processor does most of the heavy lifting right?

Remove SSD, add FSP HYPER K 500W 80+ (5Yrs) - $69

Don't go with less Ram, need a lot of RAM for editing raw, the more the better.
