Please share you Keto Diet for losing weight?

No need fancy diet one lah, Just eat as per normal while avoiding stuff like bubble tea, mehnonner then slowly increase exercise intensity then you will be able to lose weight more sustainably
This is not true, it depends on how insulin resistance a person is. There are those who are constantly craving for foods or unable to lose weight despite already on LC. OTOH, there are people who just want a healthier lifestyle of Keto and using more clean energy from the foods.

I find it hard to go keto when I'm outside eating. Any suggestions for example, I visit hawker or coffee shop, wat can I eat for keto diet? Cai png no rice?

Just be in a caloric deficit n workout 3-4 times a week. Aim to get stronger by lifting weights or using calisthenics. Run only if u really enjoy it...

lose weight , just exercise and eat less (doesn't really matter what you eat) just expand more calories than you put in. I always recommend some gym work to build muscles. cause when we get older, will lose mass. no mass, easy to break bones.

health issues - do blood test , then try and see what works for you. not all diets work for everyone. really depends on your genes and body.

Calorie deficit causes hunger pangs and craving for foods and working out leads to more hunger and cravings.

Choose “cleaner” foods might help stave off hunger better...but at the end of the day, to achieve somethign there will be some discomfort (hunger pangs etc) , just gotta keep your goal in mind n endure thru it.

If you're going all out keto, cut out most of your carb intake, and switch to fatty meat, eggs, nuts and/or avocado, plus lots of vegetables.
Eggs and nuts more cost-effective in the long run, I found. Not very ex, but very filling. Veg is pretty cheap, just eat as much as you want. Also helps you stay fuller, because our body cannot digest the fibers.

Must exercise as well. Otherwise, will plateau, like what happened to me. I gave up keto after that, and just went back to eating normally, just reduced daily carb intake. Still continue to lose weight, though very slowly.

Same, it is more expensive because need to add more cai in place of rice/carb.

But if going this route, rmb to get egg. add more veg to pad the meal, and avoid oily items to cut down on vegetable oil intake saturated and trans fats.

Roasted pork no rice. Roast duck no rice and etc.
cai png dishes got hidden carbs, same as western food. Keto very shiong on wallet

Not really that's where the fat comes in, it helps to lower the insulin resistance and getting rid of the cravings for food. Medium chain fat for instance goes straight to the cell which are being starved from glucose.

Actually low carb and high fat makes you eat less, you can even be on OMAD, imagine how much savings in a week?

How do you incorporate 60% fat 10% cards and 30% protein??
I think that 60% fat intake is only to make u feel disgusted so u won’t makan more food than ur body actually need. For me I just eat vegetables tofu tao pok avocado and many kinds of nuts and seeds with no staple food. Once u cut down on sugar intake, u just won’t feel hungry that easily. I can now just do one meal a day.
