Eggs for protein, avocado/ nuts for the oil - generally my friends remove carbs completely at least for first 2 weeks so your body goes into ketosis.How do you incorporate 60% fat 10% cards and 30% protein??
This is not true, it depends on how insulin resistance a person is. There are those who are constantly craving for foods or unable to lose weight despite already on LC. OTOH, there are people who just want a healthier lifestyle of Keto and using more clean energy from the foods.No need fancy diet one lah, Just eat as per normal while avoiding stuff like bubble tea, mehnonner then slowly increase exercise intensity then you will be able to lose weight more sustainably

So whats medium chain in practical terms?
Calorie deficit causes hunger pangs and craving for foods and working out leads to more hunger and cravings.Just be in a caloric deficit n workout 3-4 times a week. Aim to get stronger by lifting weights or using calisthenics. Run only if u really enjoy it...

Same, it is more expensive because need to add more cai in place of rice/carb.I find it hard to go keto when I'm outside eating. Any suggestions for example, I visit hawker or coffee shop, wat can I eat for keto diet? Cai png no rice?

But if going this route, rmb to get egg. add more veg to pad the meal, and avoid deep-fried meat items to cut down on saturated and trans fats.

cai png dishes got hidden carbs, same as western food. Keto very shiong on wallet
I think that 60% fat intake is only to make u feel disgusted so u won’t makan more food than ur body actually need. For me I just eat vegetables tofu tao pok avocado and many kinds of nuts and seeds with no staple food. Once u cut down on sugar intake, u just won’t feel hungry that easily.
