Pls help diagnose these issues!

I am experiencing 2 issues:

My computer will freeze in windows and the screen will dark out. When restart. sometimes there is a beeeeppp bleep at POST.

Sometimes the screen will dark out but it will come back with some nvidia kernel issue.

Can the experts here pls help to diagnose whats wrong. Thanks.

My system build
EVGA x58 motherboard
i7 930
6GB Ram
intel 256gb ssd
sb x-fi soundcard
nvidia 780 gfx
2x 6TB WD red hdd
1x 3TB WD red hdd
windows 7 pro

From google, 1 long beep + 1 short beep = motherboard problem.

TS, disconnect all your WD Red HDD and see if freeze issue remain?

I removed the cover of the computer. It seems to be running fine now. Going to monitor for a few more days. Probably a heat issue?
