Original Post:

This 6.9 million population target is the last straw.

It just shows that he is unrepentent.

As a prime minister, he should be working for a better life for Singaporeans.

Instead, we have a prime minister who is more concerned about GLC profits and GDP growth at the expense of the quality of life for Singaporeans.

We have given him and his party enough opportunity to correct their mistakes, but what we got are lies, lies and more lies.

Patience is a virtue but enough is enough.

We, the undersigned, will work towards getting Lee Hisen Loong and his PAP government voted out in the next General Election, to safeguard the interests of Singaporeans.

just want to bring awareness to wat i think is the extreme policies of this PM at the expense of s'poreans

we dont want s'pore to serve the personal agenda of this PM, but a PM who put the interests of every s'poreans as utmost importance.

much have been discussed in this forum and elsewhere, I shall leave you to think through. is this PM leading s'pore in the right direction? his population policies, his recent stance on filipinos celebrating their interdependence with s'poreans

even for those who can't imagine a s'pore without PAP rule, we don't have to be held hostage to him being the PM.. in my view, tharman or anyone who has his or her heart at the right place would have made a much better PM than this lucky sperm.

Or perhaps a coalition government is not a bad thing as it is in UK now. there will be more deliberation of important decisions and less extreme policies.
