Canon PowerShot GX7 Mark 3

Both have 1 inch sensors.

Any PnS with a smaller sensors might as well use smartphone to take selfie..

I think you need to consider what is your budget and if there are alternative usage other than just selfies. I also agree with @ RyanJosie that it makes no sense to get a small sensor point and shoot camera since the front facing cameras of modern cell phones do a good enough job.

if dont intend to get lens, the zeiss lens in rx100 looks better than kit lens
