Hi i just saw i got 6 points for this post

i made this post as a joke and it intentionally made it so stupid that it is unbelievable,

and i get 6 points for this light hearted post? And most can see i am mostly pro government , helping debunk nonsensical post often

when is it EDMW cannot have fun anymore? It is not offensive, it is not sexual
not everyone that jokes about the PAP is anti PAP

anyone reading it knows it is nonsense

And yet in the iswaran single jail cell thread, people are seriously saying the government purposely favour iswaran by giving him a single cell, and that is ok?

i under moderators are volunteers, but i feel some leeway should be given

This is not a light hearted post. What you have posted accounts to misinformation and undermines the credibility of our government, our armed forces and the rule of law. There will be no leeway given to posts that are misleading and subversive in nature.

Other community members have also advised you to remove the post. For someone who claims to debunk nonsensical posts often, you should be aware of the impacts these posts (be it a seemingly harmless hearsay or malicious intent) have when propagated on a popular online platform.

Regardless of your intentions, the post in itself is misleading and I have to take action on it. You are thereby advised to post responsibly in the future.

Since I have some additional time, I would like to add on further to the reasons for the warning that I have posted in this thread yesterday at 08:05am and emphasise that the context of the thread played an important part in the decision. The thread posted was about a loud sound heard coming from Syed Alwi Road which was later attributed to a suspected gas explosion.

Given that the time of posting by the user @Cmonster was in the wee hours of the morning at 1:33am, the exact cause was not officially known. The post, contributes to unnecessary chatter and speculation that could lead to potential distress and alarm to the general public.
