- all liquid assests, shares, bonds
- all sellable assests, cars, jewellery, luxury items
- insurance payout

minus

current liabilities debts

how much u leave for them when u pass away tmr?

If you factor in even a 5 room HDB flat + all CPF + deposits in bank account + those who bought death and TPD insurance, not surprised that the average person can reach $1.5m or more easily.

But some go buy private with hefty 20 year mortgage

and still paying for that new suv....

Conservatively, accounting for everything including cash, CPF, insurance payouts, loans etc.

Roughly at least 630k at this point

depends on the policy

the dumb policy I have is immediate next of kid

but my next gen down is nephew and nieces

why can't I nominate them?

makes sense to in terms of age + longevity
