Poly information technology

will be getting into temasek poly information technology course, and want to be prepared for it. Recently I had try out some coding lecture online, code academy is the one i've been using and i was wondering if it will be useful or even be used for my course. So for those who know what you will be studying in the course please provide me any tips or information. I tried to search online and even went to the tp course website but the information provided is so vague, so please enlighten me. Thank you.

1. will there be A math in the course? (all topics or just some)

2. if there coding, what type? (java? html/css?)

3. any books or textbook that will be useful. recommend me some.
