Appointment at 3pm
Can start registering from 2pm

Early registration means can see doctor earlier or still at 3pm? The app did not say how many infront of me.

If still at 3pm then I go out have lunch first.

This appointment made long time ago, longer than making appointment to enter Hermes boutique, I cannot miss. :(

I think means register to know u are coming for the appointment. And depending on which medical faculty u are already there. If not, they will skip your number. I think if reg already, If they clear fast, then your turn might be earlier then 3? Usually got sms to inform your turn coming?

If you are hungry can go and eat, if come back, they will show missed queue number, just knock at the door and let the doctor know, he will see you after the next patient. They are very slow takes 15 to 20 minutes to see one patient.

Outside signboard says waiting time 3 to 4 hours.

The crowd density is half of last time
usually will receive sms when your turn coming soon. and there is a indication like 1 person before you etc. But not sure if it applies to all medical faculties.

Ask the staff there teach u
The app only has a back button, refresh button and switch patient button.

The staff can teach what? :s13:

I believe the service staffs at the entrance are very busy telling those sick poor and old to get lost. :o

They only know how to take appointment but can never meet the appointment time. Wait 15 to 30 mins after your appointment time is already damn lucky. Going early doesn't shift your queue earlier since the earlier backlog of appointments still need to be cleared; prepare to wait until your actual appointment time and beyond.

Finished seeing the doc.
Called in a few minutes after the scheduled appointment time which is still acceptable.

1. The app shows the same thing till the end.
No information of you being next in queue or estimated waiting time.

2. No sms notification either.

I think the only benefit is skipping the machines for registering, which is meh. :(

So to confirm, if your appointment is at 3pm, can reach at 10 minutes beforehand :o

if u already have an appointment, make sure u are early by 10mins, u can get to see your doc within 20mins of your appointment timing.

i cannot understand the purpose of this online appointment. I tried for the 1st time last week......
booking only open 10pm the night before.

once i log in, the whole page freeze/hang, i believe that the traffic is too high. Eventually, when i get to the page of the time slot, only few left or open for booking. Once i select, page hang again and i got log out.....need to start again....went through this for at least 10times.....in the end, got a time slot....

furthermore, if u do not have cough, fever, sore throat or etc, the chances of getting a slot is very low.....i choose "no" to all the syptom and was not offered any slot......then i tried choosing "sore throat", the time slot appear......

To me, i still prefer the old way.....if i am having a fever, how can i stay up till 10pm to get a slot. i will be sleeping to get more rest......
