when using the POSB ibanking FAST service to transfer fund, do u need to add a recipient/payee first?

Login to DBS iBanking or digibank app

Under 'Transfer', select 'To Other Bank Account (FAST)'

Select recipient's bank; select the bank account you sending from; enter payment details

Click 'Submit' and wait for transaction status

optional, can choose "one-time dbs/posb" or "one-time local bank" if not intending to add payee.
